1. Our Commitment
Pacificus Mercatus LLC is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We view accessibility as an ongoing obligation, not a one-time compliance exercise.
Article II2. Current Status
We have taken the following measures to support accessibility on this Site:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout all pages
- Descriptive alternative text on all meaningful images
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and backgrounds
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Readable font sizes that respect browser zoom preferences
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
- Form fields with clear, descriptive labels and placeholder guidance
We acknowledge that some areas of this Site may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria, particularly as we continue to develop additional content and features. We are committed to addressing known gaps as a matter of priority.
Article III3. Known Limitations
The following areas are currently under review for accessibility improvement:
- The loading animation sequence may not be fully compatible with all screen reader software. A skip mechanism is being developed.
- Some decorative imagery uses background CSS properties rather than HTML image elements, which may not be announced by all assistive technologies. These images are purely decorative and carry no informational content.
4. Assistive Technology
This Site has been tested with the following assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
- Keyboard-only navigation (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
Testing with additional screen readers and assistive devices is ongoing.

If you are unable to access any part of this Site, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service you need through an alternative means of communication.
